NMRV worm gearbox

General characteristics:

• NMRV – Dimensions: 025-030-040-050-130-150.

• NMRVpower – Dimensions: 063-075-090-110.

Power: up to 18.5 kW

• A modern concept housing with a universal mount, made of cast aluminum alloy (up to 110 g) or gray cast iron G200 (130 and 150 g).

• Reduction coefficient: from 5 to 100.;

• Maximum torque 1550 Nm.;

• Maximum permissible radial load of 18,000 N.;

• Aluminum assemblies are supplied with synthetic-based oil, which allows them to be mounted in all positions without changing the amount of lubricant;

• Starting from size 030, epoxy polyester powder coated blue RAL 5010 was used for the hull painting;

• Available cylindrical reduction pre-stage versions HA31 for NMRV040/NMRV050, HW 030/040 for the NMRV-P range;

• Additional options: protective cover, reaction rod, outlet flange, slow shaft kit, torque limiter, viton O-rings, reinforced outlets, lubricants for high- and low-temperature operating modes and for use in the food industry, filling/draining/control plugs, vent plug.
